Cooper Commons Homes
Cooper Commons, a large master planned community in south Chandler, Arizona located between Riggs Rd and Hunt Hwy, West of Gilbert Rd, East of Cooper Rd. This neighborhood has 1630 homes, built by 11 different builders starting in 1997, and has many community parks, walking trails and bike paths, as well as a city of Chandler managed park, La Paloma, within the neighborhood. Adjacent to Cooper Commons is the Albertson’s shopping center, and nearby you’ll find golf courses and other recreation areas including the Chandler Paseo Trail, Tumbleweed Recreation Center and Veteran’s Oasis Park.
